Workshops

Learn how to energise and condition your whole body through a combination of flowing movement and rhythmic breathing. This workshop will help you to firm and tone your body whilst stilling the mind in some of the more meditative sequences.

The workshop is designed to encourage detox on all levels for the body and mind. You will come away from the workshop with a series of Flow Yoga sequences which you can do at any time to make you feel more energised. You will also be equipped with simple breathing techniques to encourage a healthy metabolism and visualisation techniques to promote a positive self image.

The workshop will include the following:-

- An introduction to yoga movements which increase the metabolism
- Standing correctly to instantly improve your posture
- Positive thinking to improve self esteem
- Flow Yoga routines to increase your energy
- Breathing techniques to encourage an efficient body
- Simple meditation techniques to visualise a perfect you
- Practical everyday tips

After this workshop you will be equipped with flow yoga routines to start the day in an energised way and be able to use techniques to promote a positive self image. You will be aware and be able to put into practice simple breathing and exercise routines to stimulate the metabolism. 'Eat to live' rather than 'live to eat', know how to deal with stress more effectively and how to rejuvenate the body when it is sluggish.

12am - 4pm. Refreshments provided
